Decentralized Nervous System

An artificially intelligent system that has structured in a similar way to ActivityPub, ala Mastodon and Diaspora.

In practice it means that rather than a social media, its an agent with the ability to augment new nodes using an instance that someone else can spin up in their garage.

Such an agent would mostly likely operate similarly to command line applications that share the same Email protocol. Each node is capable of specializing and detecting different things that any given individual might not think of for their own specific use case. And work similar to a more intelligent "Encyclopedia", "Beastiary", or dictionary for learning languages.

Because of its modular nature, each command line can specialize at sensing different things with Naive Bayes that might not fit everyones use case.
